Mid-Year Planning
Approximately
six months into each plan year, well sit down with your HR
team to evaluate the effectiveness of each of your plan offerings
and discuss plan design changes without the pressure
of renewal.
This
meeting is, quite simply, a casual discussion of whats working
and what could be improved. It provides an opportunity to:
- reaffirm
compliance;
- offer
recommendations for plan changes;
- determine
whether the plans coordinate with your personnel policies and
procedures;
- discuss market trends.
During
this meeting, you receive information regarding the employee
benefits strategies of other employers,
which enable you to gauge how competitive your employee benefits
plan is in your marketplace.
