Vision Insurance

Group vision plans offer a variety of benefit designs, from discount cards that save employees money on eye care and/or eyewear to insurance plans that provide full-service vision coverage.

• Full-Service Vision Plan. This comprehensive vision plan covers both eye examinations and eyewear and can be written in connection with health plans or on a stand-alone basis.
  
  
• Voluntary Vision Plan. Depending on the size of your company, you may be able to offer vision benefits to your employees on a voluntary or cafeteria basis.
  
  
• Eyewear-Only Plan. If your medical plan covers routine eye examinations, an eyewear-only plan will enhance your employee benefits package.
  
  
• Exam-Only Plan. If your medical plan does not cover routine eye examinations, you can add this benefit for a nominal cost to your company or to your employees.
