Frank Berlin, CLU – Since 1968, Frank has specialized in employee benefits. In Iowa, he has earned an esteemed reputation for his work in self-funded health insurance plans.

Bob Sapp, CLU, ChFC – With more than two decades of insurance experience – most of those years focused in employee benefits – Bob is adept at helping businesses achieve their employee benefits goals while saving them money.

Marcia Kalvig, FLMI – Since 1986, Marcia has worked on clients’ behalf as an underwriter, account manager and marketing consultant. At Frank Berlin & Associates, Marcia uses this experience to support clients’ daily needs and to negotiate attractive benefits options with reinsurance and other carriers.

Pam Freeman, CFS – With more than 30 years of experience, Pam is our expert in voluntary products and retirement plans. She specializes in plan implementation, plan design and employer/employee education. Prior to joining Frank Berlin & Associates in 1994, Pam managed offices specializing in individual insurance and financial planning.

Jill Peterson – Since joining Frank Berlin & Associates in 1996, clients have come to depend on Jill for her strong problem-solving skills. Jill acts as a liaison between clients and carriers.

Cari Aylsworth – With an expertise in underwriting and sales with The Principal, Cari uses her past experience to support the needs of clients in the analysis of financial data. This includes rating methodologies, historical and current rate trends and applicable underwriting and rate development information.

Laura Morrissey – Laura specializes in customer service bringing 13 years of experience in individual and group insurance. Laura is a customer service pro and is instrumental in providing prompt, efficient and expert customer service.
